In term of OS and other software…. I can say Yes. In term of hadware comparison, it have some differences. Size, weight, design etc… Mac Book mostly use for mobile environment, while Mac PC for stationary environment. Mac Book offers additional communication system such as wireless. It support wiFi, bluetooth, 3G, HSDPA and etc etc….
