In order to provide channel of communication between library and kulliyyah, IIUM Library has appointed Liaison Librarians for every kulliyyah. Liaison Librarians will serve the kulliyyah members’ information needs. Liaison Librarians task includes :-
- conducting user education class
- attending Kulliyyah Board Meeting
- to develop library’s collection
User education class module consist of :-
- Basic library skills (recomended for 1st year students)
- Library briefing and tour
- Library Research Skill (Recommended for Undergraduate and Postgraduate)
- Online Database effective searching (tailored by subject area and kulliyyah needs)
- Search Engine for academic searching
